What Is An Interview

Before preparing for an interview first we have to understand what is an interview and what are the skills require to crack an interview.

Interview is a conversation between two people or parties (Interviewer and Interviewee) where question are asked by the interviewer to obtain information from the interviewee.

Types Of Interview-:

There are lots of types of interview but commonly in use.

1. Face to face interview-Where interviewer ask the questions from interviewee face to face.
2. Telephone interview-Where interviewer ask the questions from interviewee by using a phone.
3. E-Mail interview-Where interviewer ask the questions from interviewee by using e-mail.
4. Group interview-Where a group of interviewer ask the questions from interviewee.

 Skills Require-:

Top skill require for cracking an interview.

1. Communication skills-Have good written and verbal communication skills.
2. Management skills-Have good managerial skills like Time management, Problem solving capabilities,Plan implementation etc.
3. Conflict management skill-Have capabilities to manage any type conflict & dissatisfaction.
4. Teamwork & leadership qualities-Have capabilities to manage large no. team of subordinates and guide them to the right direction to archive the company or firm goal or target.
5. Clear Perception-Have right and clear perception for topic which you stand.
6. Flexibility & Adaptability-Whether you are capable of accepting changes or not, and how much are you capable of adapting and adjusting to the new environment.

Preparing for An Interview-:

Before facing any interview you have to do a simple home work.

1. Investigating about the firm and company like When and where establish, Company revenue, Head of the company, No of branches and workers etc.
2. Have good knowledge of previous study or subjects.
3. Answer directly and be positive.
4. Most of the candidates fail due to fear and tension so maintain calmness.
5. Have good knowledge of current affairs and incident.
